Jasmine Chi

I'm pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Washington, where I've also earned my bachelor's in Computer Science and English Literature.

This summer, I interned at Netflix on the Core Ad Serving team, building infrastructure for ad targeting and auctioning systems. Previously, I was at Palantir where I engineered tools for mapping data objects across different operational software platforms.

On campus, I've served as a head TA for both intro CS and data structures and algorithms courses. I wear many hats in this role but some of my most impactful (and personally fulfilling!) work has been making grading processes smoother and building infrastructure and tooling to help TAs get things done more efficiently. I've also been heavily involved in developing course materials like creating programming assignments and writing exams to support students and instructors.
